Looking for guidance on how to nourish yourself during pregnancy or postpartum?
Approaching the weaning phase and feeling lost?
Or do you have a picky toddler on your hands?

Hey Mums community member and certified nutritionist Alice Willson is offering 1-on-1 hands-on sessions to support you in whichever season you are in. Each consultation will be designed completely to your needs as a busy mum.

Before the session, you will chat with Alice about your goals, your preferred location and time, and if your little one will be present for the session. Alice will take it from there. Expect tailored support and guidance you can’t find anywhere else.

At a glance, you will get:

• A 90 minute session

• More than just a chat, Alice will join you in the kitchen to meal prep and actually show you her tips and tricks

• Recipe materials to keep you inspired long after

As a bonus, you can invite up to two friends to join you and Alice for the session at no extra cost.

More about Alice:
Alice Willson is an MNU Certified Nutritionist based in Singapore, specialising in nutrition for busy mothers. Originally from France and having lived in the UK, Alice understands firsthand the challenge of navigating nutrition through big life changes — from student life, to motherhood, to relocating abroad.

Alice takes an evidence-based, non-restrictive approach to nutrition — focused on sustainable habits, real food, and helping her clients feel genuinely well rather than just following another diet.

She offers one-to-one consultations and monthly support online and in person in Singapore, and runs community weaning workshops for parents of young babies.
